You’ll still get in-person coaching, but it’s supported by structured programming, performance testing, and health insights to ensure everything you do has a clear purpose.

Training, testing, and data are used to remove guesswork and guide decisions with precision.

Your program is continuously adjusted based on measurable responses—so your training stays effective, targeted, and aligned with your goals.

This approach allows us to improve performance, manage fatigue, and support long-term health—whether you’re looking to perform at a higher level or simply get more out of your training.

1. Sign Up & Onboarding
Complete Client Intake Form providing details about your goals, lifestyle, and training history.
2. Health & Performance Assessment
Initial strength, mobility or sport-specific testing using advanced technology and a range of assessments based on your individual goals.
3. Bloodwork Analysis (highly recommended, optional)
Comprehensive Performance Bloodwork Analysis via Vitality Blueprint to measure key biomarkers and provide deep insight into your internal physiology, helping guide training, recovery, and overall health. Private Coaching clients receive a discounted rate.
4. Program Design
We create your personalised Performance Plan built from your goals and health & performance assessment which is delivered via TeamBuildr (app).
5. Weekly In-Person Coaching
Weekly In-Person Sessions to coach you through your program, refine technique, and complete ongoing assessments.
6. Rehab & Specialist Integration
Collaboration with Physio/Healthcare Provider for integration of rehab protocols if needed.
7. Retesting & Progress Review
Ongoing testing and assessments to measure improvements and adjust your program to maximise results.
