Yes! You can train at any gym and still work with JT Performance. Our Coaching & Performance Plans are delivered through TeamBuildr (app), giving you a structured program, progress tracking, and expert guidance no matter where you train. You’ll have everything you need to follow a personalised plan and get results, whether you’re training at home, a commercial gym, or a sports facility.

JT Performance provides Strength & Conditioning programs designed to improve athletic performance for athletes of all sports, focusing on strength, power, speed and endurance.

We also provide programming for those looking to improve general fitness, strength, or specific fitness goals/events, by providing expert Coaching to build a solid foundation, increase strength, endurance, and optimise your health & overall well-being.

Yes! If you’re on an Online or Hybrid coaching plan, we can integrate your rehab into your Performance Plan. These plans are fully individualised, allowing us to align and modify your training with your healthcare provider’s recommendations to support your rehabilitation process and recovery, while also training around your injury and keeping you on track toward your goals.

Our Online Programming and Online & In-Person Coaching options allow you to choose the level of support you need, while the delivery of your program via TeamBuildr (app) allows you to train anywhere, at any time, making working with JT Performance accessible to anyone.

Yes, you can book a Performance Testing even if you’re not a client! We offer testing services as standalone options, so you can assess your performance and get valuable insights, regardless of whether you’re signed up to our Coaching or Programming services. 

JT Performance Clients receive exclusive discount for Performance Testing.

Getting started is simple!

  1. Build Your Performance Plan – Select from a structured program with Online Programming, Online Coaching, or Hybrid Coaching based on the level of support you need.
  2. Sign Up & Onboard – Register and complete our intake process, where we gather key details about your goals, training history, and any specific needs.
  3. Access Your Program – Your training plan will be delivered via TeamBuildr, allowing you to train anywhere, anytime, with real-time progress tracking.
  4. Start Training & Get Support – Follow your program, check in with your coach, and adjust as needed to stay on track.
  5. Elevate your Plan – Add additional services like Nutrition Coaching, Performance Testing or Performance Bloodwork Analysis to optimise your Performance Plan.

Yes! You can book an Online or In-Person consultation with our trusted Sports Dietitian for a fully individualised Nutrition plan, which can then be uploaded to your TeamBuildr account and integrated into your Habit Tracking (Online & Hybrid) and Performance Plan.

Yes, there is a minimum commitment for all our Performance Plans. All subscriptions require an initial 12-week commitment, after which you can continue on a 4-week auto-renewal cycle. This ensures you have enough time to make meaningful progress and see the results of your training.

To determine which Training package is right for you, consider your goals and the level of support you need.

  • Online Programming is great if you’re looking for a structured, goal-driven program to follow independently, with nutrition and recovery basics.
  • Online Coaching offers fully individualised Performance Plans with ongoing support, extra in app tracking features, and integration of services such a nutrition and rehab. 
  • Hybrid Coaching combines both a fully individualised Performance Plan and Weekly In-Person Coaching, Performance Testing, and integration of services such as nutrition and rehab.

Yes! Our Junior Athlete Development program is a structured training block designed for youth athletes to build a strong foundation in movement, strength, speed, and coordination. It runs each school term (10-week training block) and is tailored to support long-term athletic development in a fun, safe, and performance-focused environment.

The Junior Athlete Development program is designed for ages 12-15.
