ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Our Junior Athlete Development Program caters to youth athletes between the ages of 12–15 to help lay the foundations for Long-Term Athletic Development [LTAD] and provide a clear pathway into our senior training programs.

Led by our highly experienced Strength & Conditioning Coaches, the program gives developing athletes from a wide range of sports, access to elite-level coaching in a supportive, high-performance environment.

Each 10-week block focuses on improving strength, movement quality, speed, agility, and overall athleticism through age-appropriate resistance training, plyometrics, and coordination drills. We also place strong emphasis on injury prevention, teaching athletes how to move well and build resilience as they grow. Every session is designed to build both physical capacity and confidence, creating a strong foundation for future performance.

HOW TO JOIN

Our Junior Athlete Development program runs every school term in 10-week training blocks.

When:  Tuesday 4-5pm

10-Week Training Block (school term):  $299
