Emily has worked as a Sports Dietitian for over 10 years and currently works with Port Adelaide Football Club, Tennis Australia and Volleyball Australia.

She loves working with all sorts of people from elite athletes to weekend warriors and with those wanting to get the most out of their lives through nutrition. Emily loves inspiring people to eat, feel and perform at their best through delicious food.

She has a special interest in all things sports nutrition, body composition (increasing muscle & fat loss), gut and skin health.
