Established in 2013, JT Performance currently operates out of our private headquarters at Tilley Reserve, providing a focused environment for personalised coaching, performance development, testing and ongoing support.
We offer Private Coaching, Online Coaching, Performance Testing, and Comprehensive Bloodwork Analysis, giving you access to a complete system built around your goals.
Our approach goes beyond just workouts. We combine training, data, sleep, nutrition, recovery, and rehab into one integrated system—using objective data and ongoing analysis to guide decisions and continuously adjust your program.
Our Performance Plans are personalised and delivered through TeamBuildr, with progress tracked and measured so you always know where you stand and how to improve.
We also collaborate with trusted professionals, including Sports Physios, Sports Dietitians, Doctors, and Performance Specialists, ensuring your training supports both performance and long-term health.
JT Performance has worked with athletes competing at beginner to professional & national levels and has been involved in Strength & Conditioning within many team environments, delivering structured programs, performance testing, and ongoing support.
