PRE/IN-SEASON STRENGTH PROGRAM

A structured, sport-specific strength program designed to build a solid foundation for the season ahead. Delivered through TeamBuildr, athletes have access to training sessions, clear exercise demonstrations, and progress tracking to maximise strength gains, power, and resilience.

PRE-SEASON CONDITIONING PROGRAM

A targeted conditioning program built from an initial time trial to determine each athlete’s Maximal Aerobic Speed (MAS). Training sessions are tailored to enhance endurance, speed, and repeat sprint ability, ensuring athletes are game-ready. A mid-program retest helps track progress and adjust programming.

PERFORMANCE TESTING

Comprehensive performance testing to assess speed, agility, power, and strength. Our testing protocols provide valuable insights into each athlete’s abilities, identify strengths and weaknesses, and create a benchmark for measuring progress throughout the season.
