DEVELOPING THE NEXT GENERATION OF ATHLETES.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Our Junior Athlete Development Program is designed to help young athletes build the foundations for Long-Term Athletic Development [LTAD] through structured, age-appropriate performance training in a supportive, high-performance environment.

Led by our experienced Strength & Conditioning Coaches, the program provides athletes from a wide range of sports with access to elite-level coaching focused on developing movement quality, strength, speed, coordination, athleticism, and confidence.

The program is structured into progressive development stages:

FOUNDATION (9–11 Years)
Building movement foundations, coordination, confidence, and training habits.

DEVELOPMENT (12–15 Years)
Developing strength, speed, athleticism, movement quality, and physical resilience.

PERFORMANCE (15+ Years)
Performance-based training focused on strength, speed, power, athletic development, and long-term progression into higher-level training environments.

Each 10-week training block incorporates age-appropriate resistance training, plyometrics, speed and agility work, coordination drills, and injury prevention strategies to help athletes move well, build resilience, and perform with confidence.

Our goal is to create a clear long-term athlete pathway that supports young athletes through every stage of development.

HOW TO JOIN

Our Junior Athlete Development Program runs every School Term in structured 10-week training blocks.

Current Training Groups:

FOUNDATION (9–11 Years)
Thursday 4–5pm

DEVELOPMENT (12–15 Years)
Tuesday 4–5pm
Wednesday 4–5pm

10-Week Training Block (School Term):   $299

Location:   Tilley Reserve, Cnr Hancock & Yatala Vale Rd
